SWING THIS: Nothing puts Debby Boone in a party mood like a classic swing tune. When her father, Pat Boone, headlined Vegas in the ‘60s, she was there with him, and even though she was just a kid, she couldn’t get enough of the music or the glamour. The sights and sounds of the Strip are still fresh in her mind. Catching a few notes of some hot band as she wandered past a showroom.

Watching Don Rickles joke with her dad. Listening to Frank Sinatra, or Sammy Davis Jr., as she sipped on a Shirley Temple. Meeting Elvis in his dressing room. Sitting poolside with Barbra Streisand. All of it was so intoxicating, no martinis necessary. Debby decided then and there what she wanted to be when she grew up. At the time, she was too young to get into the Casbar, where all the stars wined and dined into the wee small hours with Louis Prima and Keely Smith. But she couldn’t wait to join them.

Now, with SWING THIS, she finally has. It’s her take on the joyful, exhilarating songs that inspired her to become a singer. This is the party she’s been waiting her whole life to throw!
